What Is Group Coaching - And Is It Right for You?

You Don't Have to Do This Alone

When I first started looking for support after cancer treatment, I felt completely isolated. My medical team had done their job. My family were relieved it was over. But inside, I was still in survival mode and nobody seemed to understand that.

Group coaching changed that for me. And it's now one of the most powerful things I offer to the women I work with.

So, What Actually Happens in Group Coaching?

My group coaching programme is a 12-week guided journey through my signature framework, Rediscover You: How to Manifest Beating Cancer. You work through the material alongside a small group of other women who have been through cancer treatment, women who truly get it, because they're living it too.

Each week we come together for a live session. We go deep into the themes of that phase, whether that's understanding why your mindset is the most powerful tool in your healing, clearing the fear and limiting beliefs that keep you stuck in survival mode or learning how to reprogram the subconscious patterns that were present long before your diagnosis.

Between sessions, you'll have your workbook to work through at your own pace.

What We Cover

The programme moves through four phases: The Wake-Up, The Reprogramming, The Deepening and Mastery. Over 12 weeks, we work on your identity, your relationship with your body, your beliefs about your health and future, your emotional landscape and the habits and rituals that support real healing.

This isn't surface level. We go into the places most coaching programmes don't go, the grief, the fear, the 'what if it comes back' and the quiet rage that nobody told you about this part. And then we build something new.

Why Group? Isn't It More Personal to Work 1-2-1?

One-to-one coaching is wonderful and I offer that too. But there is something uniquely powerful about being in a room (even a virtual one) with women who understand your experience without you having to explain it.

The shared wisdom, the laughter, the 'me too' moments, they are part of the healing. Women in my groups consistently tell me that the community itself is one of the most transformative parts of the whole experience.

Is It Right for You?

If you've finished treatment, if you feel lost or afraid or like you've lost yourself somewhere in all of this and if you're ready to do the real inner work, then yes. This might be exactly what you've been looking for.

The next cohort is forming now. Book a discovery call at thecancersurvivorscoach.com and let's talk about whether this is the right fit for you.
